Hi, I’m Shanric, founder of Nexadesign Labs.

My journey began with art studies at the age of eight, laying a strong foundation in creativity and aesthetics. Over the next 18 years in Beijing’s design industry, I advanced from a junior designer to senior design manager at a publicly listed company. During this time, I evolved from an executor of ideas into a strategic design leader—eventually co-founding a startup where I led the design team. The company was successfully acquired by a public corporation within just 1.5 years.
Now based in Toronto, I leverage this experience to help businesses harness the power of design as a core driver of growth. Through systematic design thinking and strategic execution, Nexadesign Labs delivers meaningful, value-driven solutions that empower enterprises to transform and thrive.
